Founded in 1963 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), it is one of the oldest research and education centres on the European construction. This institute hosts several laboratories and research centres composed of economists, jurists, political analysts, sociologists and philosophers who, through transdisciplinary programmes, study the European construction.
