Bilateral Scientific Cooperation of Belgium
  The federal authorities have bilateral agreements for economic, industrial, scientific and technological cooperation with Argentina, Bulgaria, China, France, Poland and Russia. The S&T cooperation can take various forms from information exchange and exploratory expert missions to common research and demonstration or valorisation projects. See also a list of the various research projects approved or in negotiation.
